Who we are
SAFE WASTE D.E.E.E. is an organization established in 2020 in order to fulfill the environmental responsibilities of the manufacturers and importers of electrical and electronic equipment from Romania.
SAFETY WASTE D.E.E.E. manages waste electrical and electronic equipment (W.E.E.E) on behalf of the manufacturers and importers of electrical and electronic equipment affiliated to these organization. Managing this flow involves controlling the entire waste collection process, transporting it to the recycler, dismantling and recycling the waste or repairing and reusing it so that W.E.E.Es become raw materials for other industries without negative impact on the environment.
The main directions of activity are:
- public information campaigns up to the level of private household;
- supporting collection and supporting their development;
- accurate transposition of legislative requirements into working practice in the field.
